Sales professional at Clovelly Park was the most helpful, courteous, honest sales person I have ever had contact with. Selling a great car - thank you Bryce. As I told you we have had many many cars, including Mercedes, NSU, BMW and WRX but the Kia Rio is up with the best.

Recently, I was in the market for a new car and searching the internet for my nearest Kia Agency I came across the name of Adtrans Kia at Clovelly Park, SA. From my first contact with them through to picking up my new vehicle I dealt with Ziad Basheer who immediately put me at ease with his genuine, friendly, constructive advice in a courteous and professional ma... nner without any of the ‘in your face, hard-nosed sell’ that one hears about with some car companies.

I would highly recommend Adrian Brien at St Mary’s for anyone who wants to purchase genuine new or pre-owned car. We very excitedly collected our new Kia Sportage and was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Michael, Alex and Lachlan at Adrian Brien Kia. We have been shopping around for a little while and other dealers should le... arn when you compromise on service, you lose customers regardless of how amazing your product is. Conversely, if your product is something that is easily found, having excellent customer service not only distinguishes you in the market, but also creates loyalty that makes your customer base more resistant to any issues/delays etc, that may occur (not that we had any issues at ABs). The team was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs -Costa in particular was extremely attentive and supportive . The team located the car we wanted in very short time, offered us a very good deal, and arranged it’s relocation with minimal delay. A slight snag with the rego was rectified with minimal fuss and we drove away with our beautiful car.
Will ... be back for the servicing ...and probably some more lessons on the electronics! read more

Parts have been really helpful. I've enquired and purchased many parts for my Kia Adrian Brien and they are always going above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They really seem to look after their customers more then other dealerships, I have noticed.

Marg and I were very happy with our buying experience at adrienbrien kia.
We knew what car we wanted to purchase and Alex was exceptionally good through the whole process.
We found him very knowledgeable and he explained everything; he was very patient with us and took into account our "slowness" with the more technical aspects of the car. For someone wh... o would be in his early twenties he related very well to us, and he sounded more like a friend than a salesperson.

Just want to send a huge Thank you, to Michael and team at Adrien Brien :) I went car shopping with my mum ( who is 75yrs old ) today, and was lucky that our first stop to search , was at Adrien Brien St Marys. There, we met Michael , a lovely, cheerful ( and Patient !! ) young man, who was not "pushy" at all . Michael answered every question we had, with pa... tience & expertise, ( often in lay mans terms for us ... especially the techno stuff , as we are not so familiar with it all :) Mum test drove the new 2017 Kia Picanto , and I was allowed to test drive it too. A great little car...... just perfect for mums needs . We are very happy with the extras, 7 yr warranty, and of course the final price. From there we met the rest of the team, who were just as friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the team at Adrien Brien :) A pleasure. read more

Alan took me through the whole process in a seamless fashion. Nothing was took much trouble and no question was a silly one. He was able to explain all the options not only regarding the car I bought but any side issues such as finance. Thank you Alan for your assistance. It's nice to walk into a place and not feel like the internal crowd has just seen $... $ signs walk in and how much they can screw you for. My car buying experience was an absolute nightmare, with so many sharks out there trying to pressure my wife into the nastiest car they could sell her. After deciding that the Cerato was the one for us but appauled by the tactics used by a particular dealer, we stumbled across Adrian Brien Kia on the way into the city and thought it was worth a shot. Kosta and th... e team were amazing, going out of their way to help, being honest and upfront along the way. Can't recommend them enough, do yourself a favour, you won't be disappointed. read more

I am estimator by trade, I enjoyed our 12yo Kia Cerato that gave us no trouble but we needed to upgrade so I searched every make and model for the best value for money and the Kia Cerato (MY17) still came out on top for us. I then checked all the dealerships and Adrian Brien Kia gave the best service pre-sale & especially post-sale. Their service centre looks... great and has the convenience of shuttles to Marion or a hire car. The team headed by Joel Sutton and great sales staff "Paul Harvey", Alan & Karl were all fantastic. Its no wonder they are such a huge dealership. I am critic by nature but will applaud outstanding service, quality & value for money only when it is deserved. read more
